4. Orders and Inquiries

Product inquiries can be submitted via our contact form or by email. We will respond with a formal quotation including price, minimum order quantity, lead time, and payment terms. Orders are accepted only in writing (email confirmation).

5. Payment

Payment terms are agreed upon individually for each order and confirmed in writing. Payments must be made in the agreed currency and within the agreed timeframe. We reserve the right to require advance payment or deposit before production begins.

6. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed in writing. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier. Shipping costs, duties, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

7. Returns and Consumer Rights (EU/EEA Customers)

If you are a consumer located in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@playeaglegolf.com. Returned goods must be in their original condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the goods are defective.

For B2B customers outside the EU/EEA, returns are subject to mutual agreement and our applicable return policy at the time of order.

8. Warranty and Liability

Our products are manufactured to industry standards. We warrant that goods are free from material defects at the time of delivery. Claims for defects must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Our liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. This limitation does not affect mandatory statutory rights under EU consumer law.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

For consumers in the EU/EEA, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence apply in addition to Chinese law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Foshan, Guangdong, China.
